John, thanks for the info but those are all individuals, not governments. I'm talking about official government statements, not what former government officials think. Also, these two individuals SAY things but where is their evidence? I checked their statements on the Internet and I realized they are not providing any evidence at all. Anyone can say anything they want without showing evidence. That does not mean anything.
