Odair, good take on definition of ROI. I appreciate that. But that does not mean that there is a cost-free way to produce things out there in space. That simply does not make sense to me until someone proves that there are planets out there where the resources are infinite, bringing the cost of physical production (thus the political wrangling needed to approve such a budget) down to zero.
