John, a fascinating piece as always. There is definitely something out there and people are seeing them or capturing them on film by accident. The only disagreement is about their origin and nature -- worldly or not? I prefer to err on the side of a terrestrial explanation; others prefer an extraterrestrial explanation, and neither of us have any definite forensic proof of anything. CONFESSION TIME: I have to admit, I also had one photo taken in Maryland about 20 years ago and upon magnifying it, I saw a blueish-yellowish sphere up above the clouds, in the upper section of the printed photo. I shrugged it off as a light-angle or dark-room related anomaly but to this day I still have my unanswered questions about it. I unfortunately lost that photo but not its memory. Such things do happen.
