I admire your optimism and imagination. I'm a pessimist when it comes to imagining the future because I studied political science and sociology at college. Case in point: we have so much garbage out there in orbit, I expect massive "traffic accidents" and loss of lives up there before we can drive city-size space ship to a brighter future. RE: the latest Chinese rocket re-entry fiasco. We could not clean up our backyard on earth. How are we going to clean up the space? History is prologue.
