Erin, I think poetry would work fine on Substack as well as on Patreon as long as you have a following. It all comes down to the quality and appeal of your work. I’d think it would take longer to build a following on poetry, on any platform, compared to some other evergreen popular topics like how to make money or how to lose weight.
