Correct. All we have are anecdotes, plus some radar readings (important). Without any FORENSIC evidence we are all whistling in the dark.

The U.S. government has just released a report in June 2021 but again it wasn't what was expected by UFO fans. I doubt if it ever will be satisfactory no matter what the government releases.

My position is very simple: The sightings are real. People do see things. But I have not seen a single piece of hard evidence to prove that they are extraterrestrial in origin.
